Agentic AI and Vibe Coding

The 14-Day Faculty Development Program on Agentic AI and Vibe Coding (Modern AI Skills) for Educators was successfully conducted by Scrollwell in collaboration with Velavar College of Arts and Science for Women from June 10 to June 23, 2026.

The program aimed to help educators and researchers understand emerging AI technologies and their academic applications. Participants explored how AI can support teaching, research, academic administration, and institutional productivity. Moreover, the sessions focused on practical implementation through demonstrations and hands-on activities

Event Highlights

The FDP introduced participants to Agentic AI and its applications in teaching, research, and academic administration. Participants explored effective prompting techniques, AI-assisted literature review, systematic reviews, research writing, and data analysis to enhance academic productivity.

Furthermore, the program focused on Vibe Coding and no-code development, enabling participants to create applications, academic dashboards, and automated workflows without programming knowledge. The sessions demonstrated practical solutions for institutional reporting, attendance management, and academic administration.

In addition, participants learned to develop AI-powered tutors, generate multilingual educational content, create presentations and videos, and implement AI-enabled assessment and feedback systems. The FDP concluded with discussions on responsible AI adoption, future trends, and best practices for integrating AI into higher education.

Throughout the program, practical demonstrations, real-world examples, and interactive discussions helped participants understand how modern AI tools can support innovation, efficiency, and informed decision-making in academic environments.

Participation Details

The FDP witnessed enthusiastic participation from faculty members, researchers, academic administrators, and education professionals from diverse institutions and disciplines.

Participants actively engaged in discussions, practical activities, and question-and-answer sessions throughout the fourteen days. The collaborative learning environment encouraged the exchange of ideas and experiences related to AI adoption in teaching, research, and institutional management.

The online format enabled participants from different regions to attend the sessions conveniently while maintaining a high level of interaction and engagement.

Outcomes

By the end of the FDP, participants developed a strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts and their applications in education and research. They gained practical skills in prompt engineering, AI-assisted research workflows, academic content generation, and no-code application development.

Furthermore, participants learned how to build AI-powered dashboards, create customized educational resources, automate academic processes, and utilize AI tools for assessment and feedback.

The program also enhanced participants’ ability to integrate AI responsibly into their professional activities while maintaining academic quality, ethics, and integrity. As a result, attendees gained confidence in leveraging AI technologies to improve productivity, innovation, and decision-making within higher education.
