Institutional partnership

Six weeks before the peer team arrives, someone asks for the faculty development records.

By then it is a scramble — chasing certificates, rebuilding attendance sheets, counting how many staff attended what. Every IQAC coordinator in India knows that fortnight.

One MoU. A year of dated, documented faculty development. Evidence that is ready before anyone asks for it.

What you are actually buying

Four things your file is missing

Not a workshop. A year of faculty development that produces its own evidence, in the format an assessor asks for, on the day it ends.

Evidence, not promises

A signed certificate for every participant and the attendance record behind it, in the format NAAC, NBA and UGC assessors ask for. Handed over on the last day, not chased for in month six.

Faculty who can answer the AI question

When your management, your trustees or a parent asks what the college is doing about AI, the answer stops being a policy statement and becomes a list of names, dates and outputs.

CAS files that clear

Recognised certificates plus training in SPSS, research methods and publication ethics. Faculty whose promotions move do not leave, and their API scores are your department’s numbers too.

A room of 75+ colleges

Joint sessions, co-hosted conclaves and research contacts across 75+ partner colleges in 18+ countries. NIT Jalandhar and CNLU Patna are two of them.

How it runs

From first call to signed certificates

The most common question we get is what the college is actually committing to. This is the whole process.

1

Twenty minutes

A call about your accreditation cycle, your department’s gaps and where your academic calendar has room. No deck.

2

The MoU draft

We send it. Your legal team reads it. Nothing begins until it is signed, and it lists the programmes and the dates by name.

3

Sessions on your calendar

Live on Zoom, 6 to 7 pm, so no class is disturbed and no one travels. Recordings stay in Google Classroom afterwards.

4

Documentation back

Certificates for every participant, plus the attendance record, on the day the programme ends. Filed, not chased.

That is the entire commitment.Twenty minutes on a call, then an MoU your legal team reads before anything starts.

What runs under the MoU

Three things, and nothing else

Faculty cohorts, a resource hub your department keeps between programmes, and custom batches for a single department or the whole campus.

Live FDP cohorts

Your faculty are not sitting through a lecture about AI. They are building next week’s lesson plan, question paper and rubric, live, with a trainer answering when they get stuck.

Scrollwell Plus Hub

What your department keeps between programmes. Prompt packs, lesson templates and question-bank generators, plus one email a week with the grants, fellowships and conference deadlines your faculty would otherwise hear about after they closed.

Custom batches

One department or the whole campus, on your dates, with the syllabus adjusted to your discipline. NIT Jalandhar and CNLU Patna are two of the 75+.

What your faculty will say

61,000 is a crowd. Here is a better number: three.

That is how many of our programmes Ashutosh has finished. Anubha finished her second and says she is planning more. Faculty coming back on their own is the only review that costs them something.

His third programme

“Had a wonderful experience. This was my 3rd FDP with Scrollwell. Every experience was superior. Got very useful insights.”

The person on the other side of the MoU

Roshan Singh founded Scrollwell in 2020 from Saran, Bihar, after watching the same thing happen in college after college: institutions told to teach with AI, and faculty handed a recorded video and left alone with it.

The trainers your faculty meet do the work for a living — a Samsung machine-learning engineer, a patent scientist from the Department of Science & Technology, professors from JIMS, GCET and RV Dental College. Fourteen of them, across ten domains.

For your procurement file

Recognised by Startup India, MSME, Skill India and Start-up Bihar. Incubated at CIILE, Chanakya National Law University, Patna. Registered office in Sagrampur, Saran, Bihar; branch office at B-HUB, Maurya Lok Complex, Patna – 800001.

“Teachers are changemakers. Give them the skills and the platform they deserve, and they will build the classrooms that shape the future.”
