The 07-Day Workshop on AI Tools was successfully organized by Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering (YCCE), Nagpur, in collaboration with Scrollwell, from July 27 to August 02, 2026. The workshop was designed to introduce students to practical Artificial Intelligence tools that can enhance academic performance, research productivity, and career readiness.

The programme brought together students from various engineering branches and academic years, providing them with hands-on exposure to AI-powered tools that support learning, research, communication, and professional development. Through interactive sessions and practical demonstrations, participants learned how to use AI responsibly to improve efficiency and build future-ready skills.

Event Highlights

The workshop introduced students to a wide range of AI tools that simplify academic and professional tasks. Participants learned how AI can support research writing, literature reviews, thesis preparation, report writing, presentations, and technical documentation.

Furthermore, the sessions focused on career-oriented applications of AI. Students explored AI-assisted resume building, interview preparation, professional communication, and career planning. They also learned practical techniques for improving their resumes, preparing for placement interviews, and presenting their skills more effectively.

In addition, participants discovered how AI can assist in content creation, brainstorming ideas, summarizing information, and organizing academic work. The workshop also demonstrated methods for improving productivity through AI-powered workflows, enabling students to complete routine academic tasks more efficiently.

Throughout the seven days, practical demonstrations, live exercises, and interactive discussions encouraged students to apply AI tools to real academic and career scenarios. The hands-on approach helped participants understand how these technologies can be integrated into their everyday learning and future professional journeys.

Participation Details

The workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation from undergraduate students representing multiple engineering branches and academic years at YCCE, Nagpur.
