Scrollwell Champions User-Centric Tech at Avinya Bihar 2.0 to Mark National Startup Day 2026
Scrollwell EduTech LLP marked National Startup Day 2026 by participating in Avinya Bihar 2.0, a flagship event organized by the Department of Industries, Government of Bihar. Held at the Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna (CIMP) in collaboration with IIT Patna, the event served as a high-level assembly for the state’s burgeoning startup ecosystem.
The event was inaugurated by Chief Guest Shri Dilip Kumar Jaiswal, Hon’ble Minister of Industries, Bihar. During his keynote, the Minister highlighted a major policy shift, announcing plans to increase startup seed funding from ₹10 lakh to ₹25 lakh, signaling a reinforced commitment to the “Startup Bihar” initiative.

The event concluded with a shared roadmap for positioning Bihar as a premier hub for new-age enterprises and technological leadership in Eastern India.
