The Samridhi Yatra 2026 Saran Chhapra served as a high-level platform for the state government to review developmental progress and launch infrastructure projects worth ₹538 crore. During the interaction at the Government ITI, Chhapra Sadar, Scrollwell was among a select group of innovators invited to showcase digital solutions aimed at boosting the state’s industrial and educational sectors.
Key Highlights of the Presentation
Scrollwell’s participation in the Samridhi Yatra 2026 Saran Chhapra focused on three strategic pillars for the Saran division:

- Modernizing ITIs: A roadmap for integrating digital pedagogy into local Industrial Training Institutes to align with the “Saat Nischay-3” framework.
- Scalable Tech Adoption: Solving real-world academic challenges through user-centric technology accessible to rural and semi-urban learners.
Following the presentation to the Chief Minister, Scrollwell leadership engaged in a strategic meeting with the Director of Industries, Bihar. The discussion centered on “Startup Bihar” synergies and the potential for Chhapra to emerge as a sub-hub for educational technology.
