Essential Qualifications
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
- M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Physics, Applied Physics, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Electronics, Material Science, Nanotechnology, Energy Science & Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
- Must have qualified NET or GATE in the relevant subject area.
Post-Doctoral Fellow (PDF) / Research Associate (RA)
- Ph.D. in Physics, Applied Physics, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Electronics, Material Science, Nanotechnology, Energy Science & Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
- M.Sc. or M.Tech. in the above disciplines with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Must have at least one research publication in a Journal Citation Reports (JCR) listed refereed journal.

Duration
The appointment will be made on a contractual basis, initially for a specific project duration, with renewal based on performance and funding availability.
