Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executives to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue sales opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and contribute to marketing initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment, contributing to the success and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue sales opportunities:
    • Research and identify potential customers and target markets.
    • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  2. Build and maintain customer relationships:
    • Establish and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
    • Understand customers’ requirements and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
    • Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
  3. Support marketing initiatives:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
    • Contribute to social media management, content creation, and online advertising efforts.
    • Provide input on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to help shape marketing strategies.
  4. Achieve sales targets:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
    • Track and analyze sales data, identify trends, and take necessary actions to optimize performance.
    • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
  5. Sales reporting and documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, using CRM software.
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or relevant role, preferably in the ed-tech industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Edtech experience and knowledge of the education industry is a plus.
