Project Overview
This position is linked to the project: “Environmental Surveillance of Respiratory Viruses and Other Pathogens.” The work involves genomic analysis of wastewater to detect and track pathogens. Wastewater testing provides an early warning system for community health by identifying infection trends before clinical cases surge.
The Research Assistant will focus on bioinformatics analysis and visualization of genomic data, integrating spatial and temporal information to identify regionally prevalent variants.

Eligibility Criteria
Requirement | Details |
