Eligibility Criteria
Applicants are required to meet the following minimum qualifications:

- A valid GATE (or equivalent) score is not required.
- However, candidates must possess a minimum CGPA of 8.0 on a 10-point scale.
- For non-CFTI applicants (graduates from other recognized institutions):
- A valid qualification in a national-level examination is mandatory. Eligible exams include GATE, UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, ICAR, ICMR, or equivalent examinations conducted by reputed institutions like IITs, IISc, and IISERs.
Desirable Qualifications
In addition to the minimum requirements, the institute seeks candidates who bring added value through research skills and software expertise. Preferred qualifications include:
- Prior experience with structural analysis and design software, such as:
- OpenSees
- ETABS
- SAP2000
- Abaqus
- Hands-on knowledge of experimental testing methods in structural engineering.
- Proficiency in finite element analysis (FEA) techniques for modeling and simulation.

Salary
