Eligibility Criteria
1. Professor
- Educational Qualification: FPM or Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with a first-class or equivalent at the preceding degree.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years, with at least 4 years as an Associate Professor.
- Research & Teaching: Publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals (ABDC ranking preferred), leadership in research, and contributions such as Ph.D. supervision or MDPs.
2. Associate Professor
- Educational Qualification: FPM or Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with a first-class or equivalent at the preceding degree.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years, with at least 3 years as an Assistant Professor (Grade I).
- Research & Teaching: Proven track record in teaching, training, and research with publications in ABDC-listed journals.
3. Assistant Professor (Grade I)
- Educational Qualification: FPM or Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with a first-class or equivalent at the preceding degree.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in teaching, research, or industry (excluding Ph.D. duration).
- Desirable: Teaching experience in IITs/IIMs or foreign institutions, and peer-reviewed publications.
4. Assistant Professor (Grade II)
- Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with a first-class or equivalent at the preceding degree.
- Note: Candidates awaiting Ph.D. defense are also eligible to apply, with final appointment upon completion.
