Position Details

Post Title: Assistant Professor (Contract)
Department: Deen Dayal Upadhyay Kaushal Kendra – Business Process
Employment Type: Contractual Appointment

Essential Qualifications & Experience

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Master’s degree in Business Administration OR PGDM / PGDBA / PGDBM (declared equivalent to MBA by AIU and recognized by UGC/AICTE) with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized Indian or foreign university.
2. Additional Requirements:
   • Must have cleared NET conducted by UGC, CSIR, or an equivalent test recognized by UGC such as SLET/SET,
     OR
   • Possess a Ph.D. degree awarded in compliance with UGC Regulations 2009 or 2016 (and their amendments), exempting them from NET/SLET/SET.
   All qualifications must be in accordance with UGC Regulations 2018.

Salary Structure

• Ph.D. holders: ₹42,000/- per month
• Others: ₹40,000/- per month

• Candidates must submit their application through the CUSAT recruitment portal: recruit.cusat.ac.in before 02 September 2025.

2. Postal Submission

• After completing the online application, candidates must send the hard copy of the application in the prescribed format along with:
  • Self-attested copies of all supporting documents (educational certificates, proof of experience, date of birth, reservation category, publications, etc.)
  • Bio-data in the prescribed format.
