Eligibility and Qualification Requirements
For Faculty Positions (Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor):
- Educational qualifications must be as per UGC/AICTE norms.
- Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, and Ph.D. in the relevant discipline (Ph.D. is mandatory for Professor and Associate Professor).
- An excellent academic record with consistent performance in all stages of education is expected.
- A strong research profile with publications in reputed, peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Prior teaching experience at university/college level, along with student mentorship, is desirable.
For Chief Finance Officer (Group CFO):
- Must hold professional qualifications such as CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
