Call for Applications – DBT Biotech Industrial Training Programme (BITP) 2025–26
The Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India, invites applications from bonafide Indian citizens for the Biotech Industrial Training Programme (BITP) 2025–26. This initiative provides fresh graduates and postgraduates in biotechnology and bioinformatics an opportunity to gain six months of hands-on industrial experience. The programme bridges the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by enabling trainees to work on live projects alongside industry experts.
The programme is implemented by the DBT-HRD Project Management Unit at the Regional Centre for Biotechnology (RCB), Faridabad.

Eligibility Criteria
| Qualification | Details |

Selection Process
- Candidates will be selected through a Computer-Based Test conducted across multiple centres in India.
- Selection is subject to eligibility and availability of trainer companies.
