The session aimed to equip attendees with the necessary skills to efficiently manage references, enhance productivity, and streamline the research process. Zotero is a powerful tool that facilitates the collection, organization, citation, and sharing of research sources. The workshop highlighted several key features of Zotero reference management:

• Centralized Library: Organize references into a single, centralized library.
• Effortless Citation Management: Manually add or import citations from diverse sources.
• Folder Organization: Group related references into folders for a structured collection.
• Browser Extension: Save citations from web pages effortlessly using the Zotero browser extension.
• Citation Styles: Switch between different citation styles within Word documents to meet formatting requirements.

Workshop Content on Zotero Reference Management

Participants were guided through the simple process of downloading and installing Zotero software on various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux. The session included practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises to reinforce learning. Key aspects covered in the workshop included:
