About the Scheme

The Inclusivity Research Grant (IRG), launched by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), supports researchers belonging to the Scheduled categories. The scheme encourages capacity building and inclusiveness in science and engineering research.


Key Objective

Inclusivity Research Grant 2025 is to empower SC/ST researchers through financial support for projects in frontier areas of science and engineering, enabling integration into mainstream research ecosystems.

Terms of Funding

  • Assets are institutional property gifted by ANRF
  • No fund reallocation between capital and recurring
  • Host institute must provide infrastructure support
  • Unused funds must be refunded to ANRF
