Preferred profile & desirable skills
The selection committee will prioritise candidates who demonstrate:
- A sustained record of peer-reviewed publications and research grants.
- Experience in industry collaboration, consultancy and patenting.
- Capability to lead and develop the Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC).
- Proficiency in designing value-added courses and facilitating student start-ups.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to academic mentorship.
Furthermore, candidates who can initiate research partnerships with industry or secure sponsored projects will receive additional consideration.
Remuneration
Salaries and allowances will follow Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) norms. Exact pay scale and benefits will be determined based on the post, candidate’s experience and institutional policy.
