Job Overview

Position Details

1. Professor

Eligibility (A or B):
A.

• Ph.D. in the relevant/allied discipline.
• Minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
• Total research score of 120 as per UGC Appendix II, Table 2.
• Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor or equivalent.

OR

B.

• Outstanding professional with a Ph.D. from a recognized academic institution/industry.
• Minimum 10 years of experience and significant contributions to the discipline.

2. Associate Professor

Eligibility:

• Ph.D. in the relevant/allied discipline.
• Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
• Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience as Assistant Professor or equivalent.
• At least 7 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
• Total research score of 75 as per UGC Appendix II, Table 2.

3. Assistant Professor

Eligibility (A or B):

A.

• Master’s degree with 55% marks in the concerned/relevant subject.
• NET/SET/SLET qualified, or Ph.D. awarded in accordance with UGC regulations (2009/2016 and amendments).
• Candidates registered before July 11, 2009, are exempted from NET/SLET/SET if Ph.D. conditions are met (regular mode, external evaluation, viva voce, 2 publications, 2 conference presentations).

OR

B.

• Ph.D. obtained from a foreign university ranked among the top 500 globally (QS, THE, or ARWU rankings).
