Eligibility Criteria

Professor

• Ph.D. in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience.
• 10 research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals.

Associate Professor

• Ph.D. in relevant discipline.
• Master’s degree with at least 55% marks.
• Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience.
• 7 research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals.

Assistant Professor

• Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in relevant subject.
• Must have cleared NET/SLET/SET or hold a Ph.D. as per UGC norms.

Assistant Librarian

• Master’s degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with 55% marks.
• NET/SLET/SET qualification or Ph.D. as per UGC norms.

Assistant Director (Physical Education)

• Master’s degree in Physical Education/Sports Science with 55% marks.
• NET/SLET/SET qualification or Ph.D. in Physical Education.
• Record of participation in university/state/national sports events.

3. Attach self-attested copies of all required documents (certificates, research publications, etc.).
4. Pay the application fee via Demand Draft in favor of Comptroller, GBPUAT, Pantnagar, payable at:

Reservation Policy

Selection Process

• Shortlisting will be based on academic performance, experience, and research contributions.
• Candidates may be required to appear for:
  1. Presentation (Maximum 5 minutes on a subject-related topic).
  2. Written Test (if applicable).
  3. Personal Interview.
• Final selection will be based on interview performance.

Important Notes

• Candidates who applied earlier (Advt. No. A-26/2024) must submit a fresh application but do not need to pay the fee again.
