Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with scientists and clinicians at participating institutions.
- Meeting Organization: Arrange and coordinate meetings for the scientific advisory board, steering committee, and other administrative structures.
- Financial and Administrative Management: Oversee project expenditures, manage HR matters, and handle procurement processes in coordination with NCBS teams.
- Regulatory Support: Facilitate regulatory matters related to CBM and ensure compliance.
- Communication: Work with the NCBS and CBM communications teams for program-related outreach.
- Documentation and Reporting: Assist with the creation of project reports and other documentation for the program.
- Outreach: Engage with external stakeholders on behalf of the CBM program.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as needed to assist with CBM activities.
Qualifications: RECRUITMENT AT TIFR – NCBS
- Essential: MSc or Ph.D. in a scientific discipline.
- Desirable: Background in molecular and cell biology or neuroscience, experience working with philanthropic donors, and prior experience in a government organization.
Experience:
- Significant prior administrative experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Initiative, enthusiasm, and a flexible approach to work.
Salary:
- Salary will be based on qualifications and experience as per institutional guidelines.
